I came here expecting that I would have a reliable internet connection so that I could work from the hotel I stayed here for two days and the Wi-Fi was extremely spotty or just didnt work at all. We loved the treats left on our pillows each day. We made it a point to have spreadsheets as we paid for things. They have a lot of bars which was also great. Most staff although incredibly friendly and kind, did not speak any English. The biggest deal breaker for me was the lack of wifi. I mean i was calling ROOM SERVICE asking where the MENU was. When we tried to raise our concern to the hotel personnel, they pretty much told us that we were on our own and they could not do anything. When you stay at Hotelito Azul in Tulum, you'll be on the beach, a 1-minute drive from Tulum Beach and 7 minutes from Tulum National Park. I think Bahia needs to find a solution to make all bars accessible to all guests. This just comes with the location. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. Our house is surrounded by over 40 plants, which is why I wanted green and terracotta because it reminds me of our home. I had osso buco one night and almost threw up. However because there is an inlet, and no one was doing anything to address the sea**** problem, tons of sea**** had piled up and continued to pile up during my stay.
