Why are they not starting with TOS?, maybe they are considering that show a little too problematic for the modern audience. During the 70s, Paramount referred to the 79 episodes of TOS as the 79 jewels because they made SO MUCH MONEY for Paramount in syndication. PlutoTV was free, but it would have to be.
