The coffee was just ok and I thought it was pricey at $6 a cup. seemed short on staff. There are only three cabanas near pool area in the hotel. How much does this resort cost compared to others in Fort Lauderdale? The room was beautiful and very clean. Great people. comfortable beds. This property has implemented procedures to keep you healthy & safe. He made us feel like we were friends. This problem was solved quickly but our daughter needed 40 minutes to fall asleep again.
Really impressed. The breakfast for 2 that I added was a wonderful thing. everything was great except my room would not get cold I had to sleep with the window open other than that it was fine. Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33316 United States.
Housekeeping provided new towels everyday, but never cleaned our room or changed sheets or made beds. This was the first time we traveled since Covid. The location We really enjoyed our stay!
The room was very spacious, clean and confortable, the ocean view was amazing. Nice and attentive personnel, The breakfast is served at the pool area. Pool was very nice and clean with nice view. my boyfriend and I enjoyed delicious cocktails at the bar, relaxing ambiance and professional customer service. The location was perfect and the pool has a great area to grab food and drinks. Great experience from the time we pulled up to valet until the time we left! 
but I complain about it with the hotel manager, that was great - again - and hotel staff help me with that. This seemed way too easy for them to switch the charge as if they were trying to get more money out of me and was hoping I wouldnt see. Service was very good. thank you so much! Hotel is within walking distance to everything Great for a couple vacation. More interested in sitting in their office playing on their phones..one day it took 45 minutes to fetch our vehicle and then another staff had gone off with our keys..completely rubbish company. Big renovated rooms. The location was perfect. The waffles seemed to be frozen before and just heated up. They are extremely concerned with meeting all customer expectations. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and went out of their way to make you feel at home and comfortable. Free beach chairs, free drink coupons and use of bicycle at no additional charge was great. Housekeeping great. Me and my husband only stayed one night for a "staycation" and the hotel really exceeded our expectations. Exceptional customer service
We loved the staff, our sunset room, the daily drinks, the 5th floor pool, and the food. So close to the beach and multiple food places! The lobby was small and plain. This was a nicely appointed hotel with valet driveway on 550 Seabreeze Blvd. 
There really isn't anything I can say that I didn't like. Definitely will visit again. Definitely coming back !! Felt bad for the bartenders. All staff members were extremely friendly and kind. Definitely enjoyed our stay!! Dont walk in a minute before check in time. so we actually are comparing what we experienced this time vs our last trip (which was 5 stars). The pool area is great on the fifth floor with a great view of the beach across the street. We found that the best restaurants were on Las Olas which you will definitely need a car or Uber to get to. A staff member and I talked and a change was made. The staff cant say enough about how friendly and truly enjoyable they were. Fire alarm going off multiple times in the hotel telling us to leave the hotel via the stairs only to find out I didn't have to leave. cross the street and youre on the beach. Saying Ocean View but was facing north which gives a partial view of the ocean. Property right in the heart of it all. This place is a joke. Beautiful hotel and comfortable pool area. Charter a private boat for a leisurely cruise or enjoy the waves with a variety of water sports, from snorkeling to scuba diving.
The amount of taxes and fee charged by hotels is just getting too high. The front office was awesome, let me say this, theres a resort fee of 38 bucks a day, if you dare bring a car, its 42 bucks a day, just got my bill, its paid & im disgusted that this place charges you a room tax daily, 22 bucks a day!! Hotel a little run down, not super clean. Select rooms include private balconies and suites include fully furnished sun decks and spacious living areas. The staff was friendly, helpful, and attentive to detail without exception. Breakfast amenity varies by property, but will be, at a minimum, a Continental breakfast. Also for how pricey the hotel is felt the pool bar was a little lacking. So friendly and explained everything about the facility. The hotel is new and clean and in a great area. The location was great. Was able to see cruise ships pass by my room (see pic below) which was beautiful. Stuff was friendly and nice. 
the location was perfect. The rooms are spacious and are cleaned daily. It would have been nice to see water and coffee offered in the lobby complimentary. The services was on point but not the food. It just wasnt the relaxing, Florida ocean front vacation I was looking forward to. our refrigerator was short circuiting all day and making loud beeping noises with flickering lights - the last 3 nights we had to unplug it so we could sleep- we called twice to have it fixed, nothing was done. The rates were not reasonable for this type of accommodations. Sometimes ran out of towels by the pool Limited drinks at the pool. Lounge around the outdoor pool and enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean, or stroll to the beach for a day relaxing on the sand. Sorry to be so damning but it is what it is and I stay in many many hotels around the world and not all supposed high end. Perfect location! There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance, but they were low end. excellent location. our sliding balcony door, would not work properly, the balcony chairs were dirty with bird poop, which hadnt been cleaned. One started out with us being over charged by over $1000. Will definitely return. The bellboy Sean was the best. pool closes at 7pm, felt like that was pretty early. this is our second year visiting. The location and view was great! A Starbucks in the property which is a plus for convenience. 10/10, No coffee service in lobby bedsides your room coffee. The best thing is the beach is just across the street and your resort fee includes two beach chairs and towels. Front desk staff really unhelpful; the hotel charged me twice and I was on hold forever. Felt very safe directly on main strip. our comforter was torn and cotton/feathers were constantly flying all around the room. Also the umbrella on the beach was 25$ extra a day.
Hotel was centrally located to everything without having to get in a car. Location was great right across from the beach. Pool closes early which makes no sense because its by itself. Nothing special at all. The Room was clean and cool! The hotel restaurant was a real hit! The room and balcony were great! No food no drinks Nothing so we had to walk to the 711 and drink on our balcony with the wonderful view which is what we see to be paying for as nothing else has met our expectations. I wanted to make a cup of tea with a T bag of my choice but could not just heat hot water. We came for the beach and sun but were really taken by the smaller hotel and its exceptional staff. would enjoy more food options for lunch, smaller portions. 1.My room view Super friendly and accomodating. My room was spacious and comfortable. The food menu options was food you don't normally eat, meaning there wasn't any familiar menu options for families with kids and even adults in general. It was a very small area, with a small pool, no different from a regular backyard pool. Stayed on the tenth floor and it had an epic view !!! all the staff were wonderful, particularly Jeffrey on reception who was just fantastic. 
we are ready to try a new hotel next year after this years experience. The gym could have been a bit more spacious as could have the pool. When you call ahead they say 10 min but you end up waiting 40min. The doors to the wardrobe were stuck closed and I had to yank them open. This occurred on more than one occasion. 
The hotel is beautiful and clean, calm at night. We had an AC issue, thought it was fixed but nope. Most staff was welcoming and helpful. Absolutely gorgeous and wonderful location. Amazing staff!!! a little absurd. The beach wasn't crowded at all and the hotel and rooms were very clean. Entire staff including housekeeping were very professional and accommodating. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast: 7 am to 11am | Brunch: 10 am-3pm | Dinner: 4pm-11pm Loved having free drinks and beach chairs daily.

I didn't like that their was no microwave in the room. there was not a full sized mirror in our room. Tiles and pool plastic water drain was loose. 
The view on the marina was amazing. Even the front desk rep said it was misleading and he hopes that they change it because everyone complains. Have to travel out to grab a cup of coffee. Very clean and comfortable. Ironing board was dirty. This hotel exceeded our expectations. The riveria restaurant food was delicious also. The location was great and the size of the rooms were wonderful!! The coffee machine had only tea pods! The pool and parking could have been better. Complimentary In-Room WiFi is provided and WiFi will be provided in a common space on property. 3.Hotel Decor, I did not like: They quickly made the adjustment. hotel was very clean. Jeffery was awesome helped so much with explaining everything ! Hotel stated that I just have to wait and they didnt confirm the transaction which was not true. Great staff, friendly and accommodating! parking was a challenge -- lost keys, too full for guests, personality clash with a female attendant. Luckily the issue was resolved quickly and we were moved to a new room. The bar was nice, breakfast was ok, nothing great. All spaces were nicely decorated. The onsite DJ on Friday night was the highlight of our stay. Bell Hop was not expected but def appreciated. everything was wonderful, they even upgraded us to our room. The staff was very friendly. Restaurants and shops were all within walking distance and the beach was across the street. Not a negative of the hotel just an fyi. Cant wait to come back. The resort charge is high and we weren't there long enough to enjoy the facilities. The people in the room next to our room were extremely inconsiderate, yelling, swearing, arguing and slamming things late at night and early in the morning. Both restaurants on the property had a very limited menu. I wish we had known in advance, we would have changed our plans and gone to dinner earlier so that we could've enjoyed more time at the hotel with the DJ. The access to the beach was great, and the pool was very nice. No music or vibe at pool. they took long time to get the car, every single time we ask for it. Lastly, we were given only two towels per day (one each), that was a bit tough on the days that we went to the beach. Amazing, courteous and fun and friendly staff.
Umbrellas are $25 per day and we found this well worth it. Great staff and perfect location. I emptied our trash into the trash bags on the housekeeping cart in the hallway everyday. Staff was incredible- so friendly all around. just a few steps away from the loud section of the street. The staff was awesome. average price for Florida, but also average service comparing to other resorts in miami area.
The breakfast was not enjoyable. The other bar tenders did not react to us sitting without service; they saw we were waiting and they did not ask how they could help us. We are British! some of the staff were very nice and helpful. In the case where a property includes cost of WiFi in a mandatory resort fee, the Cardmember will receive a daily credit from the property in the standard amount that the property charges for WiFi. Also, the room we booked was very misleading. Stuart at the front desk was wonderful. The pool closes really early for it to be a vacation spot during the summer 7 pm closure . Excellent spot and atmosphere. Breakfast was ok. Having a massage therapist would be a plus! Location great, on beachfront. Restaurant and staff were excellent! We loved the location, friendly staff, cleanliness and restaurant on premises! Well designed hotel, great location. After one night, on our second day there, I checked into changing to another Hilton Curio resort, but that was going to incur too many penalty fees, etc They were not accommodating with that. It would have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom. Huge balcony room 511 It took us on average 30-40 minutes to get our car. Restaurant wanted to charge $45 cork fee. We had the Marina view, which was gorgeous.
Could've been cleaner, black hair in the bathroom, pretzel next to the lounge, used tissues under the vanity that were not ours and the shower screen was broken so when you shower water got everywhere. When we first got there, my card was charged the full amount for incidental fees, and the clerk said it would take about 2 days before my funds are refunded. The pool area was disappointing. Limit one benefit package per room, per stay. Jeffrey at the front desk was exceptional remembering our names and asking if we needed anything additional to make our stay better. The staff were lovely as always. Jeffery was always willing to go the extra mile to make us feel welcome. We plan on staying here again when we are back in Ft Lauderdale! 5. Spent a majority of our time there. the pool closes too early and the drink coupons were just for vodka. I restocked toilet paper and tissues when needed. Two pieces of toast and 2 pieces of Parma ham plus an egg cost 20$. the staff was excellent, very pleasant & helpful . I also didn't like that the pool closed at 7pm that's early. Definitely recommend this hotel , valet parking staff hit my brand new suv and scratched it. the first night, we had no wash clothes. Breakfast: 7am to 11am | Lunch: 11am-3:30pm | Dinner: 4pm-10pm The room was clean, spacious and had a spectacular view of the strip/ocean front. There was prep on beach for a music festival so we couldnt use beach in front of hotel during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!!

The bar was not stocked the beds were made up but had no finesse the room felt bare! The room was like a sauna it took too long to cool down, by the end of my stay the room temperature set at 55 finally reached the desired temperature (after almost 3 days)
The music was perfect and delightful! Beach attendants were also great. Not sure exactly what was going on but we had two incidents regarding payment. The food was great and we didn't have to search for a place to have breakfast every day. 
Very nice hotel and the staff was exceptional! No coffee or breakfast in the morning but that was due to the pandemic. Love, love, love this gem of a hotelbeautiful design, amazing rooms, wonderful staff, excellent location. Our favorite places to eat were within easy walking distance. But umbrellas cost extra 26$ per day! restaurant service at breakfast fast a little slow. Sitting outside listening to the motorcycles, trucks, horns beeping and car radios blaring took away from the experience. great restaurant at the lobby, and a starbucks in the building. Though the pool was gorgeous, and we spent most of our time there, the pool area was not that clean. i would have liked that the hotel had room service, thats I had to leave from there after 1 week and go back home to the stupid New York . it was really beautifully decorated, bright, and clean. Staff at the hotel was super friendly and helpful. it was a great location. We let them know that we were celebrating a kid-free vacation and they upgraded us to an ocean front room and left us champagne and snacks in our room. Rooms were superb !! We arrived late because of our flight being late and nothing was open. 2.
Three room limit per Cardmember, per stay. Dean and Michael assisted us with umbrellas and had a great sense of humor. All the other staff was awesome as well I didnt catch the names of the other staff but they were awesome as well I felt at home here and comfortable the whole time! I was highly pleased with my stay at Hotel Maren and can't wait to go back. Friday Pillow cases and sheets smelled. The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Staff very friendly and accommodating.
She gave us an attitude, we waited for the coffees disregarding her disrespect, she ignored us as we waited (for some reason she did not like it that we asked her), and after patiently waiting on the stoolswe left. Front desk employees are friendly and helpful. The guest services guys are amazing. Further, there was no towel or drink service at the beach. we ordered water with our meals for room service a few nights, we did receive brown water one night- that was strange. Im sure its a staffing issue, completely understandable, but dont over promise and under deliver. Price for breakfast and parking a bit on the high side.
My husband and I loved that! At 2 am we were woken up by a party next room. Prices for food abs drinks were very high too. Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spacious and ultra clean. excellent property and staff, there was a logic concert event across the street and the hotel did their best to continue to make the stay great. The decor of the place is bland and I cannot believe you have only been open since January 2021. Staff were all wonderful. I think management has made poor choices regarding removing the shower doors. Unfortunately, only think that were not good was the valet parking. Room excellent, good size, kitchenette good, view of marina fantastic. We already have plans to return. Enjoy a tropical-inspired cocktail paired with light fare at Acqua Pool Bar. Boasting a restaurant, bar and views of sea, Hotel Maren Fort Lauderdale Beach, Curio Collection By Hilton is set in Fort Lauderdale, 100 metres from International Swimming Hall of Fame. Beds were very comfortable. the staff was excellent! The people, your staff was wonderful! Didnt get one, no one offered, had to pay. Loved the Fifth floor pool deck and the fact that the cabanas were first come first serve. Price point was excessive for the quality of the food. the next room was a bit smaller. the staff was very helpful and kind. Two chairs are free on the beach but extra lounge chairs were $18 each daily. To make matters worse, the pool area is incredibly small, there were no towels available by 11 am, and the bar/grill at the pool was staffed by one woman so there was always a line to place an order and then an even longer wait for your food or drinks. Beautiful immaculately clean and great location. Payment must be made in full with an American Express Card in the Platinum Card Member and Centurion Member's or Centurion Member's name. the facilities, the location, the staff. Also the guy in charge of sunbeds and towels asleep at his post when we went to go on the beach, location, cleanliness, welcome from staff, Location and View from The room was Unbelievable!! The location is perfect!! The on site restaraunt is excellent, but pricey (although an incredible meal was had). Nice clean sheets. I not only enjoyed the Marina view from our room, I loved the view of the ocean from the 5th floor pool absolutely gorgeous. The valet parking charge is high too.
Leaking ceiling. I liked the location and the ocean view from the room. The location was excellent, our room was beautiful Great view, lovely balcony and comfy pillows! I enjoyed the seating outside. )The hotel is on a busy and very noisy street. we came back bc our first trip was so lovely. the service we received at the attached restaurant was badwe waited probably 20 minutes or more for drinks. We showered twice because of the sand and had to wait for housekeeping. Nice patios with chairs. every single staff member was super! new hotel clean I love the gym new machines good location, I didnt like the idea we have to pay for parking the car. very spacious and loved our view of the marina! Then our final bill came back over charged again by over $100. Many restaurants near by and just a short uber ride to the shopping areas. The only thing I could say is it is a bit short staffed.
