And as for treating you differently the amount you spent did not have any effect on how we treat people, not sure what else we could have done to make you feel special. My only advice would be to have your bridesmaids take their dress to their own, local seamstress/tailor. I found my dress at Mia Bella after almost buying my dress at a different bridal shop, however i decided to try to see if Mia Bella carried my dress and yes it was there and for less money than what i was going to pay! I was even told at two different shops that I shouldn't get the dress of my dreams because it wouldn't flatter my figure. I don't know what you could of possibly wanted from us that you didn't get. They were amazing! They are Find a beautiful dress but go elsewhere to have it altered. Do yourself a favor and do some research on this company. Unfortunately, my DREAM dress (Lazaro 3050) was out of my budget so she tried her absolute best to find the next best thing but was unsuccessful. So I made an appointment to try on the dress with my sister-in-law and drove up to Fresno. Thank you. It is definitely worth driving out to Fresno to get you nothing but problems with this store. I said ok then what about my dress deposit or dress? I had a great experience at this dress shop. They helped me so much feel comfortable and beautiful in my gown! e literally saved the day!! I should have read the dozens of 1-star reviews before ordering from this store. My dress and veil were so beautiful and looked way more expensive than what it was. What a mistake! 
At this point we decided it definitely was not worth it if she behaved so defensively and rudely to a valid question (which now after reading several reviews that explained the hell they went through after reciiving the wrong dress or a dress with blemishes) to take the chance and do business with this vendor. I called today to verify how that was documented and recorded and the owner proceeded to tell me that I have no store credit!?!? A little more expensive than I had originally anticipated, but I loved everything. It's first come first serve and it gets filled very quickly on weekends. They have a wide range of prices and styles. you can find something truly amazing here. nowing their models dont fit to people that are D-cup. 
When I first got engaged I fell in love with a dress in a magazine by Winnie Couture. e at Mia Bella. The wrong veil was ordered for me, which we discovered the day before the wedding, but the correct veil was shipped and delivered to my doorstep the next morning - great customer service for the bride. 
This store is a complete scam. Read and BELIEVE these reviews, I wish I had! love it e! UNREAL BEWARE a bunch of CROOK thank their seamstress enough for working so hard on my dress. I had a great experience with buying my dress there. I contacted online customer service and they said the dress would be here Thursday. 
Debbie and the staff are absolutely amazing and they will not stop until they help you find what you need! s only given dresses to try on that were in my size, not the style or silhouette that I was interested in. I found the perfect dress, as well as dresses for my bridesmaids and flower girl. It was a bit over budget but Debbie assured me that I could arrange a payment plan and we would make this dream become a reality over the next 11 months. It was truly amazing and I will never forget that. These people are horrible, rude, judgemental,inconsiderate and so much more. 
I had finally given up on ALL bridal salons in Fresno due to the same boring styles and low budget designers offered at many of the salons so I went to the internet to find my "dream gown". There is no other place like Mia Bella, they made sure my bridal experience was PERFECT and even after I had to move to Florida Debbie has continued to make sure I have had everything I need even from a far and I am SO grateful! eturning your calls, we most certainly did but you always called my cell when I was with customers and returned your calls at my first opportunity. I cant wait to wear it! Very happy with my wedding gown. I went in and it was ruined! I had already bought a dress from Davids bridal but when it came in it it wasn't at all what I thought I ordered! They were always very helpful.

There was a huge alteration problem with them, but none with my dress. I actually had an easy time picking out my wedding dress. AMAZING, professional service!! Location is awesome, prices are very reasonable,and the gowns were gorgeous! They made my dress shopping experience a memorable one. After placing my order for my dress, the sales girl gave me sparkling wine to celebrate and a free "bride" tank top! They were amazing. 
the owner was great in helping my decide what would look good on me, where my price range was and helping me look for things that fit my preferences and price. I explained to her the style of gown my heart desired and my budget. Debbie straight up took the dress off the shelf, took scissors to the back seam and made it fit on her. I paid several hundred dollars for the alteration. My SIL also got her wedding dress from them a few years ago and neither of us had any complaints about their service! mes. I live 6 hours away, and I am a full time student at a UC. I definitely recommend Mia Bella Couture to any bride! My alterations were minimal and the seamstress Rosi Mia Bella has a wonderful selection of dresses! My dresses didnt even come in until a few days before my wedding and I dont even think they would have called Debbie is the BEST. It turned out so beautifully and I can't From the moment I began my adventure as a bride Mia Bella was there all the way! I am so grateful to have not only found my dress there, but I am grateful for the amazing At Mia Bella I had wonderful experience!!
