Was wearing the NB Beacons but decided to change up to this shoe. They are very light weight for the level of cushion/protection they provide, and as they've broken in a bit the upper just fits like a glove - snug everywhere without being tight anywhere. I do wish wish the drop were 4-6mm instead of 8mmand I don't love the stretchy laces. I replaced my Peg Turbo 2 with these. If I could make a suggestion to Brooks it would be to lower the drop to 4-6mm (maybe add more cushioning to the forefoot?
