Im wondering 2 things (well, maybe more) at this point. I cant speak for the Arbortech but something like the Kutzall is safer (than those chain blades)- less chance of kickback. For those of you who turn, its kind of like using a super flute bowl gouge where one subtle change in the angle of approach can make a huge difference in the aggressiveness and quality of cut. But obviously in the hands of a skilled craftsman, either method will work. But I certainly dont think its unrealistic for my readers and viewers.
