It's really a steal at the prices you can get it for online. Very sophisticated and masculine fragrance in my opinion. This is one of the two frags I like from Bvlgari (Black is the other). Bvlgari Aqua (or Aqva) is a much better choice. Online right now: 2,807, Fragrantica in your language: This perfume suited for a man, not a grown up like I.

When I got to my car, I sprayed a bit in the air and I was pleasantly surprisednothing remotely like Black, of course and actually quite the contrary. Just cant get past it. It didint gave me much compliments. hard to descibe but the women love it and it works well in the office enviornment. I used to wear it even though it is for men!! Very well done fragrance, definitely worth buying and trying!!

It doesn't smell synthetic nor is it intoxicating or overpoweringI just wish I could smell it more :/. This is undoubtedly the most beautiful collection of masculine fragrances by Bvlgari, and each one is a play on tea. Regardless, both are excellent scents, however a bit redundant. . Its not loud but it will sneak up on you.

The base notes almost do not change. More of a professional out in the field vibe for me. I gave this to my husband to try. Bulgari Pour Homme has so much more depth than it often gets credit for. bvlgari 8ml The opening is crystal clear thanks to the citrus notes and then the cyclamen, spices and exotic woods in the middle, musk, vetiver and tonka bean at the bottom, make it a timeless perfume: the magic formula for walking on clouds, there is an impersonator of Bvlgari, I think it's Chapeau by Borsalino, but Bvlgari is unattainable. Nice, clean scent. Too strong on initial spray, then dies a natural death in an hour, to a skin scent. But it gives a mature, formal vibe. But as it smells now, this scent is a failed blind buy for me. I tried to spray a great deal in a vain attempt to get some of the scent to stay. I don't care for the opening twenty minutes or so of Pour Homme but it settles down quite nicely. I bought a tester of this fragrance and I must say that I am not overly impressed with it. I remember wearing this while in college. However, if one is being put off only because of this I would strongly recommend Bvlgari Extreme. Have to admit I didn't care for the opening. Although I very much like the initial scent, it vanishes almost as quickly as it is sprayed on. I applied on my hand (as I usually do), and it was so weak I applied more. I do not grasp its charm, which for me is none. I've owned this for a couple of years and I don't smell any wood. Or maybe the idealized smell of freshly laundered linens at the most expensive hotel in the city, the very first time you walk in the door to your room. this is one of my husband's favorite perfume. I could wear this anytime, anyplace. Bvlgari's romance with tea in perfumes begins with the now iconic Bvlgari Au Parfumee The Vert, composed by J.C. Ellena in 1992. This fragrance smells simple yet complex. That's not to say it's boring though.I find it unique for some reason but can't yet put my finger on it. Citrus quickly fades and settles with peppery and aromatic vibes. Lavender, spice, tonka and still that vetiver (listed as a basenote but it's pure vetiver in the opening, if you ask me). This perfume is a must for summer mornings. It's like spicy tea with waterlillies. Fragrantica Trends is a relative value that shows the interest of Fragrantica members in this fragrance over time. Starts off with the trademark bvlgari tea note mixed with a light smooth orange grind accord along with some other florals which ultimately warms down into a light aromatic and slightly woody and musky base. Kind of a muted fruity floral at the start waning into spices and musk. ;p. Of all the Bvlgari Homme frags this one has possibly the best actual scent with the worst possible sillage & longevity! best used with tuxedo and i guess it's not suitable for those under 35 years old. That is a sad fact, as I am assured it was great once. I love it. Thank you to the reviews for this as it is an amazing find. It is strong and long lasting on my skin. Pour Homme settles into a rather nice woody scent with amber and some green notes. Dont worry about over spraying, its practically impossible. I like Bvlgari Pour Homme EDT for Men. , .. . I have a lot of summer frag's and none of them garner the amount of compliments and inquisitions as Bvlgari Pour Homme. Besides the opening, which smells like rubbing alcohol( due to the aldehydes). One of the best scent I ever had. The performance too are below average, sillage only project for arm length and longevity only stand for couple hours before turning skin scent.i dont know why this fragnance have 4 score. !I may not share with hubby after all!) Try it. Total blind buy.I had no idea what this one would smell like but the price was awesome enough to take a chance. Absolutely sublime, will always be a staple of my collection. I like this scent a lot but it doesn's seem like a scent that I would want to make a statement with. It is slightly sharp, slightly green, but really smells like half a perfume. So generic and so weak! Elegant & masculine the tea notes linger all the way through the musky base. It is so subtle that it could work like an extension of one's personal scent. It"s very elegant scent ,not for too young people +28 man who is reach the somewhere and know how to take it! I don't know about tea, and if there is pepper in there, I don't really even notice it.

Although this is a male perfume, I love it on my skin. I have this.. whenever I wear grey (t-shirt, suit, shirts, ect) I wear this. I can barely smell it on my skin. The tea note in this is amazing because it literally gives off that soothing and calming effect that I was talking about. Not to much in your face which compliments the floral notes perfectly. Performance is excellent.

However it's not my favourite one from the "Pour Homme" line. This is nice fragrance but I believe it has been Reformulated as it is not like I remember it. Outstanding! I have both Bvlgari Pour Homme and Pour Homme Extreme, I am comparing the smell of each other, Bvlgari Pour Homme I think has a darker smell than extreme, extreme has more grapefruit at it at the first couple of minutes, which I love, Pour Homme is like have a small amount of Grapefruit at the first spray but the tea is in the top I think, I love Pour Homme and Extreme. A perfume that does not want to say anything and does not even try. I loved the smell. The notion that this is weak, lacks tenacity etc. Flowers musk and woods are deftly entwined, without too much sweetness or spice, and only enough citrus to tease out the freshness of the prevailing tea accord. Classic legendary fragrance! It smells very nice, beautiful and delicate, but I'm not sure if it's particularly well-suited for men. I used to date a guy that used it and I actually thought that it's his natural body smell, and I loved it. I don't find any "wow" in this, but it is a year round, any age, office or casual crowd pleaser. it is very woooddyyy & classic i luv it in the night after workhour this fragrance & drink a whisky. Zero projection and poor staying power. A very natural one. Signature scent worthy. Lasting power is 10 hrs or more (sometimes 24 under the right climatological circumstances). One of the best dry down. A woody frescolino that is not worth buying. Surprising that I'd never tired this one until now because it's not that I have anything against this house. Some folks say it has poor sillage etc, but it works for me, it's just perfect. I did not feel the scent of tea at the beginning as many have described. The vague, light fragrance that I can barely smell isnt bad, just very weak. I would give this a 9.5 overall due to it's complexity, uniqueness, and style. Timeless mens frgrance. Top notes are Tea, Aldehydes, Bergamot, Lavender, Nutmeg Flower, Orange Blossom and Mandarin Orange; middle notes are Pepper, iris, Guaiac Wood, Brazilian Rosewood, Coriander, Cyclamen, Cardamom, Carnation and Geranium; base notes are Musk, Vetiver, Cedar, Oakmoss, Amber and Tonka Bean. I literally have to spray all the time. It was an obviously well-made woody floral musk fragrance: clean and fresh without the tsunami of calone most newer men's scents of that era contained. I love it , me and my boyfriend share a bottle and it smells different on him ! Very classy but very light scent. Not strong and disgusting, so soft as i like. Marissa Zappas Announces A New Collection + A Giveaway! Its very light yet innocently heavy at the same time. They promise so much; giving you hope and joy but then are gone so quickly! The tea and citrus still stick around along with a light woody base to round out an absolute perfect fragrance. I felt so sad, so empty, so alone yet I was surrounded by people. I think the oakmoss is very evident. It is the perfect adjective for this perfume. But give it some time and let it evolve from your skin and then see the magic.Classy scent and lasts on you for a long time. Anyway, ask those around you and blame musk anosmia. I wish it had a bit more sillageit's SO softbut really, that is my only complaint. As I said it's one of my 1st loves and I have been through 3 bottles. But the Pour Homme is written in italic.. I'm not against a smokey element in a man's cologne per se, but this smells like grilled hamburger. One of my first colognes when I started getting into fragrances.

I would not mind a little more flower or a pinch of spicy or a vetiver and more decisive cedar, it's all so flat that it tastes of nothing. Easily unisex. It's the weakest perfume I have ever come across.

It's criminal that this was discontinued, yes it's light, in a time where people want heavy clouds around them, but Bvlgari PH was sophisticated, yet subtle. Two thumbs way up. Do it bvlgari ! When I first encountered BPH, it was almost a decade after its release (2006) and I bought it scent unsniffed, from an online retailer after reading the reviews of Fragranticans far wiser and experienced than myself. It was my first entry to the world of INTERESTING frags, and, believe me, one of the best. It is the definition of a "green" scent and the performance is top notch. Not huge, but very distinctive. The composure of it as one reviewer said is unmatched by any other fragrance. The result is a fresh, spicy, well-rounded scent with a superb incensey dry down. Nice 'clean' smell and masculine. Didn't smell it before I ordered it, so it was a blindbuy. opens with citrus and bergamot very light and linear, after a while 'you hear the tea accompanied by a flowery shy, with a slightly smoky and woody base. But it is all so weak, a scent almost unarmed. Very mild gentleman's scent with a very evident tea note. Smell is wonderful, strong longevity but lack of sillage.. Wanginya khas sampai kw nya pun termasuk agak berhasil menirunya..i think so, kembali bicara bph dalam hal ini yg oritop notes sedikit kurang disuka menurut saya tapi kemudian setelahnya perlahan begitu kuat karakternya dan terasa 'menempel' dikulit dan makin terasa lembut dan awet. Solid scent. Bulgary tradicional uma das maiores fragancias de todos os tempos na minha opiniao. I still have a bottle (with around 30 ml juice left) from the late 90s, and I'm just amazed at how it held its scent through the years that's more than 20 freaking years (although my Chanel No 5s would probably say hold my beer lol). I didn't miss it one single time when it was all gone. Very nice opening but then what I think is a huge amount of iso e super takes over and I smell little else. The short story here for me is that this is smooth versatile and classy. Very subtle, natural, minimalistic. Citrus and musk; some florals that are not sweet. Love this scent, light, fresh and great for office wear. The best drydown in my opinion. A bit weaker than 'Bvlgari Extrme'. It does not compare to other scents with strong tea notes like L'Artisan Tea for Two or Gucci Pour Homme II. Of course, we all know that notes are mere metaphors, but in the extremely bizarre case of BVLGARI POUR HOMME, the metaphors clash head-on with my experience.

Still, its nice, refined and conservative but I have one issue with it. It's not so much like Gucci PH2 which has cinnamon and a sweeter vibe. I like the smell and i find it amazing that this would be the cologne to favour my body chemistry. All the other tea scents I've tried miss the mark completely by being too sweet or not actually smelling like tea at all, but Pour Homme's tea is potent, realistic and tannic. Even the "extreme" version is not "extreme" for today standards (but is different and, a pity, stronger, too strong for me). This may me the best "recipe" for a date!!!!
