Nardelee did a wonderful job cleaning our room daily, she was amazing!! This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Our favourite by far was Dolce Vita. This has not been a present experience and i could diffinately say more but needless to say this was my 1st and diffinately my last time going to this hotel i would actually give. Kenesha made the customer service a definite 10/10, thank you Kenesha ! Management is not present AT ALL. That was not the case this time and I will not be coming back. Drinking chocolate running out at 9am! Unacceptable and invasion of someones space. I paid a lot of money to be part of their priveledge club and they were no help with this situation. We reported this to our server and he didnt offer to warm up our plates or get us new food. Rooms pleasant and clean. Dirty plates and cups left in hallways overnight and during the day, not collected for hours. I will not be back to the resort that scheduled this shuttle for me. Nothing like dancing under the moon and stars. THIS IS NOT A RELIABLE COMPANY! Their beef patties are the best I had all week. I told them Im not leaving the front desk until I receive clean tags and towels. or the turquoise waters of the ocean. There was lot of beach chairs. They have entertainment at the main section and while we stayed away from crowds for the most part, it was a riot listening/watching from a distance. The welcome drink really helps.
