Our Shipping Warranty includes regulations regarding communication timeframes, and unfortunately you are now far outside of the timeframe to be compensated. We had to wait a while for shipping, but thats because we live in Norway. We again are sorry for the confusion, we have several fulfillment centers we ship from so depending on the items in your order, they can ship out in separate parcels! Our return policy is a blanket policy that we are within our rights to instate as a retail company due to past issues with unsustainable damaged returns, and it is published in multiple places on the website (including on all product pages). The problem of customers wearing and then returning their items in damaged condition is incredibly prevalent, so we instated this blanket protection policy with the firm belief that those customers whose orders simply didn't work out could find something else they love using their store credit!
