After much research, I came to the conclusion that the Airlinks Lift Kit was my answer. Driver side front required pulling the CV out of the differential, it was impossible to get the strut out otherwise. I went with a larger more aggressive A/T tire which has a slightly larger diameter and stiffer side wall so makes the ride a little stiffer. Hopefully, I'll be able to schedule an installation with a local shop in a few weeks. Took all weekend, and wasn't easy. So the diameter is fine (but tight), but the width is a bit too much. Passenger side front I was able to install the spacer without even removing the strut assembly at all - I just disconnected the top and bottom, and was able to put the spacer up there and screw it together in place.
