The bed was very comfortable with plenty of pillows to chose from. There was a great view of the city from the east facing windows. When asked to have it switched to another place to eat they say they cannot guarantee the amount because it fluctuates. I would have given this a 5 star rating, but unlike most other casino hotels I've stayed at (both in Wisconsin and other states), Potawatomi does not give and incentives with room, other than a reduced rate.
